Didn't get the allocated amount of laps I'd paid for after reviewing my video, I did this experience years ago and it was great, this time around it left nothing to be desired. The instructor was abrasive and didn't seem like he actually wanted to be there and has a demeaning and condescending attitude towards the customer. It made for a nervous and unpleasant drive. Turned up for our drive that we'd booked weeks in advance, and because it was raining we were told the track was closed. An email or a call would have been nice considering we drove 40mins to get there. The next day we waited over an hour before I actually got in any vehicle. pretty poor experience overall.

It was a great experience the staff was friendly and the ride along was a blast. 2 laps in a baja truck. Im only giving 4 stars because we had scheduled online and took a ride share to the venue only to be told that it was cancelled due to weather, no previous notification of the cancellation resulted in having to pay for additional transportation to and from the venue. They let us reschedule our rides for the following day.

The customer service desk was great. The driving instructor was phenomenal, the co drivers were awesome. But… the “Trophy Trucks” we rented were not Trophy Trucks by any means. They’re trophy lights, which is fine, but misleading. The truck I was driving was not the best running thing out there for sure, it struggled with braking, steering, and power. It was unfortunate, but it was still a good time. The whole experience was good as a whole. The facility is awesome, the people that work there are awesome, but the truck I drove was a big let down.
