Personally, Cars were amazing but from my personal experience I felt as though for what I spent to drive the car with the full experience, I truly did not feel I got the experience worth of my money on the second vehicle I drove due to the fact that there was so many cars on track at the same time and I had to drive slowly around them or I had to drive behind them slowly until they would let me pass and or not even let me pass. That did annoy me and made me feel like it was a bummer. Other than that, overall people were very nice and friendly and snack section should have some more snacks in the VIP.

The check-in was a little backed up and, if you are like me, you were anxious and didn't like standing in line and maybe being late for the allotted timeslot. The anxiety passed as it was clear that the drivers are handled in groups and the process allows for the delay at check-in. The customer support, in general, was fine. Good, in fact. To be honest, I was not aware that this was a driving school and not just an opportunity to drive exotic cars on a track. For instance, I was not aware that an instructor was going to be with me in the vehicle. I was not aware that he/she was going to be telling me when to go, brake, and turn. My expectation was different than the reality. I would have preferred that the instructor or support staff ask me if I want instruction or whether I would just prefer to drive. The instructor could intervene when I was in danger or if a car was overtaking. I don't know if that is an option (i.e. for the driver to just drive, not be concerned about the perfect line or lap times), but that would be my choice and that was my biggest criticism of the experience. Second thing: I don't like have to go slow when a car is overtaking. I paid to go, not to go slow.

The overall experience was fun and it doesn’t take too much time to wait and learn. The instructor was really nice and patient with me. Definitely recommend it!

Went to get the Supercar driving experience. All is pretty flawless already. The paddock people and instructors are doing a great job, off track as well on track. Going for my timing as it wasn‘t my first time on the track. The biggest room for improvement I see is that you don‘t necessarily get a good impression of your laptimes, if your interested in, immediately after you‘re back in the pits. A second display in the lobby showing the previous sessions timing could do a lot to improve here already. Otherwise it is waiting for the (excellent) email you get later on. Advertising your place all year long already, thanks for the fun I had already!
