Ferrari just introduced the Luce, its first fully electric model, and the internet is not exactly whispering.
A five seat electric Ferrari was already going to make purists nervous. Then came the design, and suddenly everyone had an opinion, a childhood memory, and a strong need to defend the good old days.
To be fair, the Ferrari Luce is not weak. With four electric motors and a claimed 0 to 100 km/h time of about 2.5 seconds, it has the numbers. But Ferrari has never been only about numbers.
It is the sound. The shape. The drama. The feeling that something beautiful, loud, and slightly unreasonable is about to happen.
At Speed Vegas in Las Vegas, that feeling is still very much alive. Guests can drive Ferrari models like the 488 GTB and 488 Pista on our 1.3 mile racetrack, just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
Maybe the Ferrari Luce is the future. Maybe we will all understand it later. But if you miss the days when Ferrari looked sharp, sounded incredible, and made people stop before it even moved, Speed Vegas has plenty of that waiting on track.
