Firstly, you promote 1,2 or 3 races, there were no races just in my case 3 lots of 10 timed laps, these are not races. There is no practice/familiarization, no qualifying and no grid so there is no race. Secondly, we did actually have a good time, the track is challenging even though the karts are a little underpowered.

The drifting experience was great! The Go Karts were very disappointing. The group size was so large you couldn't pass or get the speed up to anything fun. The follow up was disappointing...we had to call three times to finally get the video and I never did receive the email with the digital copy of the photo I paid for. Overall disappointing for the amount of money paid for the experiences. If the video and photo would have been received, it might have been a little easier to rate as a positive experience.

The front desk staff was rude and disorganized. We paid for everything online before arrival and whoever checked us in did not give us the ticket for the drifting experience. We were told to wait in four different lines to get the ticket we already paid for. No one seemed to want to help us and we just kept getting passed around. It added probably 45 minutes of waiting in line to our experience. The actual driving and drifting experiences were good and efficiently run and I would give the whole experience five stars if not for the front desk.

1 of us got a broken kart in both the races we did, and I wasn’t on the scoresheet for the 2nd race. Other than that I loved the experience

Kart wasn’t at it full potential. It didn’t work and it was blowing smoke out the tail pipe. I race to try to get the best time and with the kart I got I felt like I couldn’t do that

Driving coach was calm & his instructions were clear. The familiarization lap instructor was great as well, good humored & knowledgeable. Counter staff very friendly. Only downside I waited 90 minutes after check-in to drive. When my coach noticed this he gave an extra lap so all good!

The go-carts ran perfectly, were responsive handling and plenty fast. The track was well thought out and the staff was fun and helpful while securing everyone's safety. We LOVED the experience and look forward to doing it again!
