VUELTAS DE DESCUBRIMIENTO - 30 MIN 30 min
Viaje como pasajero para tener una vista previa de nuestra pista de carreras. Las vueltas de descubrimiento se dan en una velocidad moderada para explicar cada zona de frenado, ápice y aceleración. Esto te permite familiarizarte con la pista y con la forma en la que reaccionará tu cuerpo a las vueltas.

Overall experience was even neutral. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do the lap drives. The experience was not worth the value spent. Being able to leisurely look at the cars was a nice feature, however spending $*** for 6 minutes is not reasonable. The time spent with the class and discovery laps was longer than time spent in the car. The discovery laps caused motion sickness and the instructor *** was not very helpful on improving my driving performance. Additionally, I paid for 6 laps but was not able to verify because I had to pay for a video. The overall experience fell flat despite being a bucket list item.

I like to try different supper car every year and I am a frequent customer…
My driver coach is was not very professional and giving me roomro drive the way I wanted and keep micro managing and slowing me down , not letting get the feeling and experience I want which is disappointing!
I am experienced driver and very safe with excellent driving background!
Also I should get an extra lap since I am returning customer but didn t get that this year sh’s last year although they award me a lap due to not having the a car available I requested! But still

My 16 yr old son did 3 ride alongs and a drift session. The young lady that checked us in was very nice, she noticed I had overpaid for videos and immediately said I had a credit to use however I wanted.
First 2 ride alongs could have been better. Driver was good, but not a good people person, it was very evident he was there to do a job. No conversation with us or my son. We got the feeling he wanted to get it over with as soon as possible. When my son asked if he could do his ride along in the orange 911 instead of the silver one (something that was very important to him for personal reasons) the driver very sternly said “no”…no explanation.. just no. The Ferrari ride along video was only pointed at the driver, no use to us. We were compensated with a free shirt. The correct response should have been to either re-do the ride along or refund the price of the video. The 3rd ride along in the Lamborghini was great, driver was very informative, talked with my son throughout the ride.
Drivers need to remember, while this is their day job (and a great one!) the customers are having what may be a once in a lifetime experience that they have paid a lot of money to do, make them feel like they are appreciated.

This was my third time using your company and I'm sorry to say probably my last. The first time was awesome, the Pro driver with me gave clear and precise directions and I loved it. I did the off-road Baja truck experience last year and I guess as you know yesterday I drove the ferrari. The last two visits your professional driver is hard to understand with a thick accent and giving far too many instructions while trying to concentrate on driving. During the instructional classroom the guy told us to concentrate on the pylons and to try to hit our marks. Well after my ride was over your professional driver told me I paid too much attention to those pylons and should have just followed the course. Complete opposite of what I was told in the classroom. But besides that their instructions are too wordy. The first guy I had only used a few words gas, break, coast, left, and right. That's it they're the only words that came out of his mouth and I kicked ass. I got that Lamborghini up to 165 mph on the straight away.
My suggestion would be to not hire drivers with thick accidents or if you do pair them with people who will understand them. But the loudness of the car and all the excitement going on it makes it even harder to understand someone with an accent. I've been requested before I went out to be paired with the pro that did not have a thick foreign accent but I still was anyway.
I sat through a class and was giving instruction and then told by your pro that that was wrong. You have to remember our brains are processing a whole lot of new information driving this supercar, trying to remember our instructions, trying to listen to this guy talking, trying to enjoy the ride, thinking about paddle shifting, the screaming exhaust of the car and so on and so on. It's a whole lot going on and your pro drivers need to make it simpler.
Also each time I went I was told I had to sign up for an account. And each time I was told there's a new system there and that's why I had to do it. I don't understand why you guys can't keep my email and information on a computer.
Also the people that work at your counter are a little bit slow in processing people in line. They seem to like to have banter with each other while we're all waiting in line. I understand people want to have a fun work environment but it really should not be at the expense of your customers.
. No of course there are a lot of good things about your company that I do like. The track is great everything you can do in one spot it's so close to Vegas you have an amazing selection of cars your people that work there are very knowledgeable about which car to pick and what you're looking for. The balcony to view the track is cool. And the drifting car was awesome. I did that as well. In fact I was very happy when the drift car approach the big turn at the End by the building there was a few other cars in the way and he couldn't pull off the big drift. So he give me one extra lap to make sure I experienced that big turn. To be honest I was expecting him to say well sometimes cars get in the way and it is what it is. But he didn't he did a great job and made sure I got the full experience. I hate to sound like a pain in the ass here I do mean this with the greatest intentions as constructive criticism only. Thank you.

I paid close attention during the safety briefing. My instructor was rude and snapping at me for every little thing starting with unintentionally touching the top of the door window to keep it from closing on me. He should have gently reminded me before we got to the car. Instead he sternly told me not to touch it while my friend was recording. Lots of useless paid video filled with stern instructions that I can’t use. He wanted me to drive the way he wanted, basically zig zagging between brake and full throttle instead of following a natural curve. I told him I wanted automatic before we started. I said it 3 times and he made me use the shifts on sides of steering wheel. From training I was told this car had automatic mode… I did not want to go fast the first few laps as I told him I wanted to learn to drive the car for the first half (5 laps) and he kept telling me to push the gas all the way down and then brake. I had to tell him again while driving after the 3rd time he told me to push the gas peddle all the way down. On turns he wanted me to make sharp turns even though there was time and space not to and no one next to me. I had to get used to keeping my hands in place on the steering wheel and he kept pushing them down and he reprimanded me for looking in my mirror. I am a VERY good driver but for the first time I can’t use my mirrors. That is idiotic and not safe. The mirrors should be available to both of us at the very least. I am not a race car driver and it was my first time. He wanted me to trust him right off the bat while I’m dealing with adjusting to the force of the car and a plethora of other things. He also didn’t let me know with ample time when another driver was to my side so by the time he tells me to pull to the left because someone is coming, he was the one that had the advantage of the mirrors to know how close they were and he would push my wheel to the left sharply. He wanted me to know which side was down shift and up on the 2nd lap and seemed to get annoyed that I didn’t remember. Mind you- I asked for automatic. I paid a lot to be able to drive 10 laps…His instruction style soured my experience greatly. I appreciate being allowed to check out the cars inside and out afterward and being able to watch other cars on the speedway from the balcony. I wish the balcony had more shade.

I have to be honest with my review and say that I was very disappointed in my visit on Oct 12th. A buddy and I visited *** last year and could not wait to go back this year. I went on a limb and decided to give EXR a shoot. While the driving was exciting the "Experience" was not. I felt like the whole process was rushed and it was turn and burn $. I drove 2 cars and was in and out in 40 mins. My buddy who went back to *** was there for 2 hours.. I really felt like I was rushed and was out *** when I left.

Understanding people coming from other countries and the effort it took to come to the business. I only wanted 1 Car and the day I arrive I’m told 911 RS in for service. I booked it months in advance. I kid you not I only came to Vegas for this.
And it was treated like meh whatever, no info of when out of service, discount next time etc. But you can repeat constantly to tip you for a service. The drivers are not on min wage so yet still give us more money we won’t pay tax on. This is the disappointing part and doubt I will be back. I supported you when you were a tin shed and was told I had x value to spend but yet 1 Car only I could not split even though it was morning and quiet.
I gave word of mouth from 6yrs back selling your business and now from being money hungry I will not spruik a business that just wants money.

I have been bringing customers over to your company since many years ago. The ride-along experience was not thrilling at all. I remember when I did that years ago the driver was a pilot and it was breath taking. This year it was done by a member of the staff. Really boring. We didn´t the briefing in the meeting room, only during the discovery laps. Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment.

Instructors are inconsistent during the drive of 5 laps utilizing 3 different cars.
Had a reservation but had to wait for the 2nd and 3 Rd car to come in. 30 plus minutes.
Cars were overheating with brake issues as well. Pretty disappointed. Second d time I've been there.
