We suggest arriving 15 minutes before your Ride-along experience. Once you're checked-in feel free to visit the pitlane to take pictures or relax in the lounge area.

RIDE-ALONG EXPERIENCE

Had a good time..did not have the Nissan car I booked for the weekend but had an upgrade to the Lambourginii Hurican..two thumbs up for that. However when I looked at the video of my car I realized I was only given 4 laps instead of the 5 I was supposed to have. Bummer for that.

Very professional setup. Venue is well laid out and appropriately decorated. Staff is alll very cheerful and helpful. It would be nice to get the video on a USB so you could walk out with it in your hand.

Wow, what a great time. Bucket list item for me, that filled to the brim. Professional staff that is very accommodating. My instructor, *** gave great instruction in a very soft smooth manner. Helping me improve, pushing me to the limit of my ability. Feedback included, acknowlegement on the fast areas to help me go and tips in the areas I had difficulty with, created improvement truly making a learning experence. Nice selection of cars to choose from, with packages for every budget. Not many places you can go, get in a world class sports cars, go really fast, safely, receive instruction on pushing its and your limits. For a heart pumping, hammer down, adrenalin rush, trill DRIVE, in the world's greatest supercars, GO EXPERIENCE EXOTICS RACING.

Overall, the experience was outstanding. I took my 37 year old son to celebrate my 70th birthday, in what could probably be once in a lifetime event. We made a day of it, by flying to Vegas specifically to race and flew home that night. I purchased the 7 lap package and we received an additional lap because my son is active Coast Guard and I am a veteran. In addition to the above driving we both rode together in the Hell Cat drift car and both obtained videos of the driving. So, needless to say, we dropped some coin for this event. Two specific things are the basis for my rating of a 3.
First off, the passenger employee that rode with me was extremely "overly instructive/controlling" to the point of being distracting and annoying taking away from my ability to focus on my driving and the overall fun involved with the driving experience. (You can watch the video yourself and see what I am referring to) The first thing that my wife commented on when she viewed the video was how annoying my instructor was.
Secondly, there was some sort of glitch in the videoing process in my sons car. After he drove we were told that the video didn't work so there was no video to reflect his driving. The employee who came to break this news to us suggested that the only thing you could do was give us monetary credit toward merchandise. This was absolutely unacceptable and I made it clear to that employee that my son should be allowed to drive again so a video could be made of this "once in a lifetime event". When the employee saw how upset I was he said he would speak to my manager. Whomever, he spoke to agreed to allow my son to drive an additional 3 laps so a video could be recorded.
For what we paid for this experience I think it is pretty cheesy to be offered anything less than a complete do-over. The video wasn't an after thought for us, I purchased it at the same time I booked our date. So, to be offered 3 laps struck me as, "rather than making it right, 3 laps were offered to pacify me so I wouldn't further complain".
I should note that nearly everyone that we interacted with at your facility projected an attitude that they were there to make sure that we had a positive, memorable time. That being said, it would seem to me that you should develop a standard policy of how you are going to respond to equipment failures such as the defective video equipment.
I would be happy to discuss this further if someone chooses to call me.

The check in progress needs to be improved and is very slow, especially when a bus arrives. Once the drive is done, just dropping off the USB also takes too long as too many people congrgate by that area. This process also needs to be improved. It would be helpful to have a shuttle departure time list as well. For a 10-20 minute drive, the whole process shouldn’t take 2.5 hours.

Awesome experience. Well throughout in terms of briefing, discovery laps, and then actual hot laps. The two instructors I had were great at coaching based on what you wanted out of the experience. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Very professional organization and well organized. I drove the Audi R8 V-10, the Acura NSX and the Ferrari 458 Italia, in that order. My wife did a ride along in the Huracan. Excellent pro driver instruction from all 3 pros and they do want you to go as fast as you are able. Can't wait to get back! Get the videos! They're worth it for memories plus you can see where you lost time so you can improve.

The driving experience itself was okay, however I drove the audi R8, and the brakes were terrible! Extremely loud and squeaky, and very distracting. Ruined my confidence from the start, and I didn't have much to begin with. When I watched the (very) expensive video ride along at home, that's all I can hear. It is so loud and obnoxious!
For the amount of money I paid, I would expect a better maintained vehicle. Pretty disappointed in my first track experience. At least the staff were nice.

Thanks for a great morning out. What a fantastic way to get to drive some of the worlds most amazing cars. The guidance of the instructors, in the car as well as in the briefing was great. My only suggestion is to streamline your cashier process - when it was busy, there was far too long a wait to purchase, either track time or videos or merchandise. This led us to leave behind something we would have purchased as we didn’t want to wait around so long. Would definitely recommend you to others though. A very slick operation. Thanks!

Be ready to drive fast! It's all you expect it to be with great instructors that will push you to the limits of your abilities. I recommend dropping a little extra $ for a few more laps, you.ll be glad you did!

It was the first day at Spring Mountain so I didn’t expect everything would be perfect but I did have a few suggestions for ways to improve.
First, pay careful attention to how many drivers book the same car for the same time slot. For 1130, there were about 5-6 drivers ahead of me for the GT3 which understandably was the car to be in that day. Although I had booked the Cayman GTS, I was told it wasn’t available and I would be upgraded to the GT3. Unfortunately, I ended up spending an hour and a half waiting for the GT3 to be available. I would probably have been glad to drive another car had it been offered.
Second, please provide more information about the track configuration at the time of booking. What was advertised on the website was a long straightaway for high speeds, probably the East track. Instead upon arrival we ended up on the west track. Though I am very grateful for the experience of driving Spring Mtn, it would have made for a more enjoyable day had I been able to study the line prior arrival. This is more of a minor inconvenience but it was somewhat disappointing that what was advertised on the website was not delivered. The West track ended up being very challenging which was great.
As a return customer, I continue to be amazed by the level of professionalism of the instructors and the high quality of the experience. It’s a great formula!
