The Pininfarina-styled aluminum bodywork is reminiscent of the Ferrari racing models of the 1960’s, in particular, the Ferrari 156 Grand Prix driven by the late Phil Hill who won the 1961 Formula One World Championship. This exterior design captures Ferrari’s extensive racing history down to the smallest details. The front air intakes are considerably larger than those found on the Ferrari F360 (the F430's predecessor). The F430 has raised Enzo-style taillights and a vented rear engine cover, these are only two minute aspects, which contribute to the F430 having a completely different look than the previous F360 model.

The cabin of the F430 blends Ferrari’s racing spirit with touches of luxury, suggesting the possibility that this prancing horse could be used as a daily driver. The seats are covered in fine leather that presents an elegant feel with touches of brushed aluminum, which compliment the curves of the dash panel. Large, well-placed paddles mounted on the steering column allow the driver to shift through gears in as little as 150 milliseconds, which is less than half the time it takes for the average human eye to blink.

The driver can customize driving preferences by adjusting the console-mounted manettino, that loosely translates to mean little handle or little manager. This rotary knob has 5 levels; each level alters the stability of the vehicle while also changing the level of aggression. The five positions assist the driver by making adjustments to shock valving, shifting speed and traction-control. In other words, set the level at zero and have full control of the vehicle, or turn the level to 5 and the car practically drives itself.

The engine of the Ferrari F430 is a 4.3L V8, derived from a collaborative effort between Ferrari and Maserati. This new engine took Ferrari in a completely different direction than previous variants of the Dino racing program, first developed in the 1950s. This 60 year development cycle between Dino and Ferrari came to an end with the creation of the 4.3L V8. This motor is expected to replace almost all Dino-derived V12 motors. The 4.3L V8 produces 490 horsepower at an screeching 8,500 rpm, illustrating the F430’s high performance pedigree. This allows the F430 to deliver 343 foot pounds of torque, with a top speed of 198 mph. The power plant of the F430 produces a horsepower to liter ratio of 114 bhp per liter. When comparing 0 to 60 times with the F360, Ferrari F430 drops 0 to 60 in just 3.9 seconds, which is 0.4 seconds faster than the F360.

Closest I have ever felt to dealing with Snake Oil Salesman. Complete joke with constant reminder that you the professional drivers worked for tips. Played over $800 and really felt ripped off. Will never do this again or recommend.

1. $*** for 5 laps is a rip off. I never would have payed that if I did not get this as a gift. 2. The track is TOO SHORT, 600 ft in a straight away, the car will NEVER exceed 100 mph at best. 3. $*** for a 12 minute video, that was emailed to me, that is yet another way you stole money from me. Half the video the side kick in the car was mumbling. 4. Every time I asked a question , it was answered with an attitude. I personally will NOT recommend you facility to any of my friends and colleagues. Suggestions. 1 increase the length of experience to at least 10-12 laps. At least longer experience may justify the cost.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I was scheduled to be picked up around 12:15 I contacted them around 12:30 for my 1:00pm appointment only to be told then that their shuttle was broken and that I had to find a way there myself via taxi or ***, after spending over ***$ for an *** to get there I am told there that I would only receive a ***$ discount on their services meaning I would have to spend more money at a business I can longer trust with my money. I expressed that that wasn’t sufficient compensation for the fact that they failed to contact me in any way and then told that their shuttle driver never showed up and was a problem they had to deal with also. The entire time the staff there had arrogant attitudes and did not care for keeping customers happy, I also paid for video which I now felt I had to wait to receive via email before leaving, luckily I did because they failed to send it to my email address, their excuse was I spelled my name wrong! Wow! once I received my video my name was spelled wrong on that also despite the fact they charged my visa to the correct name and where also in possession of my drivers license all of which have my name on it. Long story short the customers service and attitudes ruined the entire experience, I will never recommend exotics racing!

We were very disappointed on how they ran the Day based on instructors who called out. There should be some back up plan if this case happens. Our appointment was at 1:30 and we did not drive our first car until 4:15! We had to reschedule the second car because we didn’t have the time to wait after being there all day. I know if wasn’t the staffs fault but it made our experience long and not worth it. The tent was hot and to spend 5 hours there just waiting made us want to ask for our money back and leave. Due to what we went through I would not recommend this to anyone unless you come up with a way to fix the situation that happened on July 28th.

The driving instructor was way too involved and really took a lot away from the experience. He kept telling me when to shift, when to turn, brake, put his hand on the wheel while I was trying counter-steer, which was frankly dangerous on his part. He told me to pull in half through because I ignored his egregious controlling ways, he acted like he was scared of going fast, I did not feel he was not competent. He used his brake excessively not allowing me to be in control of the braking. The wait time was really long and I feel I should have been offered a couple extra laps as compensation. Mediocre for a one time thing, but I will not return and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I did not enjoy my experience with Exotics Racing. The driver *** did not help with my experience. To begin with, the experience would have been considerably better without the use of the paddle shifters and I was not offered the use of an automatic. The use of the paddle shifters on the car I drove at Exotics was nothing like my *** I own and drive. He did not explain and instruct the use of the paddle shifting prior to driving, criticized my hand placement as I was driving this car, which made the entire experience frustrating. Instead, he never stopped talking and directing me on what I should be doing, eventually reaching over me to switch the gears which was offensive to me. When I was instructed to go to the right, I did drive on a course that was closed off. I was told that I had to take the car in for a pit stop and now he would have a mark against him. As I have paid for this experience, this should not have been my concern, but I was made to felt like it was. Overall this entire experience was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend Exotics, especially for a woman.

Instructor does not know what he was doing. Really bad experience. You won’t get what you expected and the instructor will yell at you and ask you to brake if you try to get fast. Hard to get over 100mph and I would rather drive an SUV tbh. As a very experienced driver I could easily tell that the instructor’s skill is below average.

Very crowded track. Briefing is a marketing and publicity effort, not a useful time to actually learn the cars and track better. Overall makes it very slow to learn track and actually have fun

both my father and my friend said the instructor did not let him drive and take the car up to speed. they both walked away not happy with the instruction. 9am session in the F430 Sat Nov 5.
