I’ve been to Exotic Racing before and I usually love the instructors - they definitely help make it a great experience; however, my second driver was not very helpful or particularly fun, he was actually a detractor from having a nice experience. The first instructor that I had I felt like really helped me with getting the most out of the car. I left with a sour taste in my experience. I tried talking to the main man but he was too busy.

Very disappointed at how unorganized it was. 2.5 hours to drive 10 Laps? Absolutely ridiculous no one explained that. Cars were great instructors were awesome but should not take that long

Everything was great I really liked it but I paid *** extra dollars for nothing I paid for 9 laps but I only got 5 because the instructor told me we need to cool the car down for 4 laps and only race 5 laps I didn’t pay to cool the car down I don’t mind taking a break till the car cools down but not taking that out of my laps next time I will only pay for 5 because I don’t want to pay to warm the car for 4 laps other than that everything was great

I was not as impressed as I was last year. My first driver was a total wimp and was constantly yelling. The Corvette did not drive as well as it did last year. My visitor even said that it didn't sound right when I was driving. My second driver was great I the Porsche. My third driver in the McLaren was ok but a little too self promoting. I prefer to have the same driver/ instructor the entire time so that we can develop report. I'll probably look for a different driving experience best time. I also alerted a friend of mine that was goi g to come how things have changed

I had a great C8 experience with Kevin. I then got into the R8 with Nino and he threatened to take me off the track on turn 2/3 on the first lap based on my driving. I have limited experience driving high end cars on road tracks but enough experience to know what is safe and what is not. That comment was totally unjustified after going through a safety briefing saying that "we want you to go as fast as possible safely". I told him I was done and wanted to go back to the pit area. Thankfully I received a new instructor, Big Mac, and he was great. This seems like a customer service business and treating a new or experienced customer this way is ridiculous if you want them to come back. I did speak with the manager who provided our safety briefing and I believe he took the feedback seriously. He really made all of us comfortable and I wish you had more people with attitudes like his. Best of luck.

The driver coach was not very helpful and really held me back rather than teaching me to drive the car. He also shorted me on laps. I had to bring it up at checkout to get the full ten laps i paid for. My brother was also shorted laps when he went a few months ago. I understand being busy and you have a lot of drivers waiting, but as a customer i should not have to exit, speak to customer service, have them check the data, just to get the time i pre-paid for. That was very disappointing. The cars are amazing and it was fun to watch. I also really enjoyed the drift car ride.

There are a couple issues that I had. First off, and I know that can’t be helped, I originally schedules a drive in the Z06. Unfortunately I received word that the car was down for repairs. Instead I was offer 4 different t models to chose from. I decided on the Z51 and received and extra two laps (7 total). Unfortunately my I strutor could not count and I did only six laps. Disappointing, how hard is it to count? Next I purchased the videos offered from my two drives; the Z51 and the Ferrari 488. Once I received them I learned that I could not save them from your Google library. They will be deleted in 3 months. I wish someone had told me that before I paid for them. Unless of course there is a way to save them? There are no instructions included in the e-mail sent to me. Those items came to light after I left the facility. Not sure anything can be done to rectify?

Hi there This is *** from ***, just wanted to say thank you guys for an awesome experience the staff over at your facility was super friendly and welcoming! Loved the variety of cars you had to offer, very hard to choose from i wanted to test drive them all but i could only do as deep as my pockets go :( The presentation at first from the lead instructor was very informative and beneficial although i knew all of it since i was not a begginer but i could tell the rest of the customers were very engaged and active. I would just like to recommend more laps for the buck. Over all it was a nice experience theres a big chance i might do it again but this time i might go ahead and try out the track in LA. Cars are great but instructors are more into a habit of getting it done than to help you getting the most out of it. The track has marked turning points, which make a lot of sense as they are relative to the track and thus can be considered being fixed points for the race line. But... they also ask you to brake at the points they have put up loooong before the corners, so just by applying a medium amount of braking power will cause you to enter the corner far too slow. It took me a couple of laps to convince the instructor to brake way later - and harder- to adjust to the car's speed on the straight.... so all in all I never felt I was allowed to drive as I use to in my own race car on track.
