Scheduled for 1130 on Tuesday, June 6th. Two of my group of 4 still hasn't received their video link. One of the others had her video corrupted and was offered a *** dollar (your cost) shirt as compensation. Why a refund wasn't offered for a video she didn't get, is beyond me. I was doing one of my driving experiences when this happened. She didn't tell me till later. Three of us don't have videos at this point. The line to turn in your USB was way to long. You had 1 guy working with 15 people trying to turn in their fob. I know this was after your corporate group of 175, but that's not our issue. If you can't allocate proper staff, don't do the booking. I've spent around *** dollars at exotic and this was by far the worst. Three of us had 2 5 lap sessions and it took over 3.5 hours to complete. The other staff were great as always, but management failed on this day, as did customer service when your video is corrupted. On a *** dollar reservation, is it that big of a deal to refund a video which cost you nothing and the consumer didn't get?

I am sorry that I have to give Exotics Racing a poor rating. My instructor, ***, was very friendly and I’m sure he was doing what you instruct him to do, but it was like having the absolute worst extreme backseat driver ruining my experience. He conducted a nonstop harangue that made me nervous instead of relaxed. I am the most natural driver of all the people who know me and my crowd, but I could not be natural at all. I would hear (up)SHIFT! and never heard whether he was saying up or down. I KNOW how to naturally shift, but I felt compelled to do what he was saying instead of just being left alone to appreciate the experience - then it was over in no time. Further, please make the *** green cone a lot higher so from the low profile of a McLaren and a rise in the track I can actually see the *** thing! At the least, have the instructor only correct if I’m *** BY MYSELF and not because I’m being driven madly to distraction by a nonstop harangue. Your purpose is not to optimize how efficiently I execute in an unfamiliar track, it is to help me enjoy the one time I get to soak in the experience of driving a dream car, even if I don’t break a record (how could I, with a back seat front seat driver, on an unfamiliar track! I even studied it thinking so would be circulating it in then opposite direction! Plus, the initial instructor mumbles the entire second half of his every sentence so I lost all benefit of what he had to say. Much of this is confirmed by my friend in attendance except what happened in the cab of the car. Lastly, given the circumstances I have just described, I will advise everyone considering attending ER to choose the cheapest and shortest “ride” since any further experience is wrecked.

Instructors are inconsistent during the drive of 5 laps utilizing 3 different cars. Had a reservation but had to wait for the 2nd and 3 Rd car to come in. 30 plus minutes. Cars were overheating with brake issues as well. Pretty disappointed. Second d time I've been there.

Reserved 3 cars. Was told upon arrival that 2 of the 3 cars were in the shop. They were replaced with cars that I was not really interested in. If they had informed me earlier about the broken cars, I would have rescheduled.

Hi, I drove 4 cars (nsx, McLaren, Ferrari, gt2rs) on Monday the 15th of this month, the instructors in the first 3 cars where brilliant until the last car gt2’s instructor *** (didn’t get his last name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. The instructions he gave directly contradicted those of the other 3 instructors, and when I questioned this he snapped rudely and threatened to pull me off the track. This left me confused and undermined my confidence therefore tarnishing what was an awesome day. Disappointed for how much money I spent.

Overall it was a cool experience. Pricing was fair and the operation ran smoothly. Unfortunately the first instructor was not great and while the second instructor was awesome, the *** wouldn’t shift into forth for two of the five laps.

Just wanted to drive, but instructors constant commands didn’t let me focus and I wanted to get you and just have them drive. Would be best if give clients options to either provide instructions or just let them drive, with instructor interfering only when cars need to pass or for safety. I would have enjoyed way more if I could have driven without being micro managed and commanded.

Es una experiencia muy agradable el poder manejar vehículos ofrecidos por EXR. En mi caso pude manejar un Lamborgini Aventador y el MCLAREN 570S. Punto bajo de la experiencia es que a pesar que se indica que se habla español, los instructores solo hablaban inglés.

Your VIP experience is a joke! The intercom system did not work in the VIP room, so could not hang out in there because we would not hear our names called. As snacks go, there were 2 bags of chips and a few bars. We were not supposed to wait for cars, we waited for 5 out of 6! At 12:53 we turned in our USB drives to get the videos, were told 15 minutes. Meanwhile we select shirts as part of the package. The grey shirts we want, turns out are out of stock. We kept checking in on the video, as our shuttle was to leave at 1:30 pm. At 12:28 we go up and ask what the problem is, and the girl said that we never paid for videos so nothing has happened, yet if I pay now, she would have them ready fast. My concern now was to make sure we catch the shuttle as we had a big meeting to get to. What really sucked here is that no one had the common decency to call us and let us know that there was a problem. At this point, we either jump on shuttle and don't get video, or wait for video and be late for meeting. I asked for a manager and was told where to go find her. Usually a manager comes to the problem, at least, that's how I run my businesses! Spoke with the French lady, I forget her name. By this time the shuttle left. She promised the videos would get transferred fast and she asked me for credit card. ahe told me the price for both. I then asked her how it was possible for her asa manager to charge full price after everything that's happened. She voided the transaction and ran another at a discount. Then she came and talked to my wife and I on the side. We expressed even more of our disappointment about the VIP concept. We asked her what the purpose was and she ran off a list of what's included, not ever waiting for a car being one of the most important. As we told her that we waited for 5 of the 6 cars we drove, she offered us a t shirt! We told her that the t shirts we wanted are out of stock, she then says that she has some in the back! Outside of all this, your track was great, cars were great and instructors were awesome! We tipped everyone!

This place was really cool. Super nice looking cars and it was a cool set up. The only problem I had was that I signed up and made a reservation for 5 laps in the mclaren. I did this specifically because I wanted to drive the mclaren. When I got there, they told me they didn't have the mclaren and I had to chose another car. That was my only problem.. didn't see why they couldn't give me a call letting me know the mclaren was not going to be there so I could cancel instead of driving an hour to the place just to find out I couldn't drive the car I wanted too. Such a bummer.
